The Ultimate Gift Solution - Terms & Conditions

Ordering

Ordering from The Ultimate Gift Solution is straightforward. As we believe in personal contact we will take orders either over the phone via email or face to face. On submission of an order you will receive an email from The Ultimate Gift Solution confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation will include details of the goods ordered and the estimated delivery time. Once you have confirmed the order and accepted the terms and conditions, a final confirmation will be sent as a final binding agreement.

Payment

Once approval has been made for a booking The Ultimate Gift Solution will send out an electronic and hard copy invoice (if required). Bank Transfer or cheque shall be the only accepted payment methods – details will be provided on the invoice. Payment is to be made within 14 days unless a special agreement has been made between yourself and The Ultimate Gift Solution and guarantee of payment is made in writing. All orders must be paid for in Pounds Sterling. It is your responsibility that someone is available at the delivery address to accept receipt of the goods. In the event of you failing to pay or take delivery of the goods The Ultimate Gift Solution reserves the right to take action in order to recover the full value of these goods and any additional expenses incurred. In the event of late payment, The Ultimate Gift Solution reserves the right at any time to charge interest at the statutory rate on late payments with effect from the due date and on a day-to-day basis.

Quotations

Orders are accepted subject to our right to adjust prices quoted to take into account any changes in the law or Government regulations requiring us to increase prices by way of direct taxation import duties, customs and excise duties or otherwise. The prices are based on today’s current costs of production and in the event of any increase in wages or costs of materials to us occurring after the confirmation or accepted contract , we shall be entitled to charge such increases to you.

Delivery

All deliveries will be charged according to weight and delivery address. These will be quoted to you prior to confirmation of purchase. We use our best endeavours to ensure that goods arrive safely and on schedule, if a situation arises out of The Ultimate Gift Solutions control, we may have to revise the agreed delivery date and shall not be liable for the consequence of the delay.

Prices

The prices of goods ordered will be confirmed in the email confirming your order. Prices provided prior to the confirmed booking are estimates only. The costs are subject to change without notice, to take account of fluctuation in the cost of exchange rates and import/export duty that may occur on some shipping. Prices quoted are subject to VAT at the current rate.

Artwork and Printing

All artwork and print charges will be levied where necessary unless previously stipulated by us.

Quantity Changes to Orders

Any changes in quantity ordered must be made in writing to us prior to commencement of processing. Any increase in the order must be regarded as a separate contract unless written notification is received before work commences on the original order.
